Rockstar new media is a portfolio of Emil Milanov, a 28 year-old freelance graphic and web designer, based in Zrenjanin, Serbia. I’ve been in online industry as a professional since 2002.
My aim is to help people make better web products by focusing on user interface, minimalist design, typography and details.
The reason I called my portfolio Rockstar is because I believe my clients run their business like rock stars by giving attention to every detail.

As a professional I started one man web show in 2002 and had my personal portfolio web site on www.milanogw.net. On November 2008 I decided that it was time for a fresh start and that’s how rockstarnewmedia.com was born.
For the past year and a half I’ve been working as a xhtml / css developer for Minggl, an Austin, TX based external funded web startup that develops web application for integration of social networks.
Before that I was a creative director of web design for a year at Implementek, based in Los Angeles, CA.
My formal education is connected with marketing, and I worked for a year as a media planner at Belgrade branch of Publicis, one of the leading advertising agencies worldwide where I did TV, print and OOH media plannig .
